The Chita (a city of Japan) is a wonderfully smooth feel with notes of mint and honey, and its pure spicy aftertaste, all contribute to a whisky that competes with Scotch in equal terms. Through a rare continuous distillation process utilizing two, three, or four columns, the Chita distillery primarily creates three types of grain whiskies – light, medium and heavy. These whiskies are ages in a variety of barrels before being blended to produce Chita Single Grain Whisky.
