VEGAN MIKAN PONZU

This ponzu is made with 30% of mikan juice. Mikan is a Japanese mandarin sweet and almost not sour. Mikan juice is associated with soy sauce, vinegar and other Japanese citrus juices (yuzu, daidai, ogonkan). It gives a ponzu well balanced and sweet, where the mikan sweetness balances the citruses sourness and the powerful taste of the soy sauce.
